Over 20 years he has practiced as a partner with large law firms, served as associate general counsel for a publicly traded multinational company, and served as a Managing Partner of a large energy law firm. He has focused his practice upon representing business clients in complex business transactions including mergers & acquisitions, financings and investments in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Alex also focuses upon international and domestic tax planning and litigation with the Internal Revenue Service.
